Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached; please pack them securely in the original packaging.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

Receive Your Refund

After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
